The smartest city becomes the perfect trap.

LION CITY is an original NCCA feature in development. Every camera hunts them and every connected system can turn hostile, so their escape route is human: paper maps, mechanical watches, radio networks, and forgotten tunnels beneath Singapore. High-octane and emotionally grounded, in the tradition of Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation, The Bourne Ultimatum, Enemy of the State, and Sicario.

“You can’t debug the human soul.”

The elements that hold the title together.

01 / Lead

Jack Vance

40s, an American DSS agent framed while protecting a U.S. Senator. Kyiv taught him the cost of trusting an algorithm. His way back is learning to trust people.

02 / Lead

Sophii Weiming

30s, a Singaporean inspector discredited for exposing system anomalies. Her father defended the grid. She has to question it, and choose the city over vengeance.

03 / Pressure

Julian Vane and the Reset

The erased architect of the grid steals the Sovereign Drive to collapse financial, identity, and surveillance records across ASEAN. He calls mass erasure salvation.

04 / Engine

The Gray Cell

A tunnel-wise veteran, a jammer builder, and a rogue taxi radio net. Landmark action grows from the city itself, and the Gray Cell supports further stories.
